VICTORIA FALLS 2015-2018
ILALA LODGE HOTEL SECOND EXTENSION
KW Construction project managed the construction of a triple story, 22 room, hotel extension which included the building of a raised walk way and full back of house renovations for Ilala Lodge Hotel. For this project, we worked together with Kiggin Construction, Brown Engineering, BCHOD Consultancy Engineers and InArc Design. KW Construction worked alongside the building contractors, landscaping specialists, interior designers to re-create a whole new section of the hotel in addition to also assisting with the importation and transportation of materials required, the installation of generators, calorifiers, storm water drains and water filtration systems. The project was completed to a high-end finish on time and on budget and subsequently, Kevin was appointed to manage a further extension to that property in 2017/2018.
2015- 2016
PUMA ENERGY
KW Construction assisted with the Puma Energy refurbishment and renovation of 16 service stations in Harare, Bulawayo and Victoria Falls. The renovation and construction work varied from site to site but included fuel tank installations, work on the forecourt and work on grease trap interceptors, electrics, civil works and plumbing. The re-branding of the Puma Energy service stations closely followed the Environment Management Agency (EMA) requirements, where KW Construction ensured the use of natural resources at all times, protecting the environment.
2012 & 2016
YORK LODGE
KW Construction supervised the construction of the 4 bedroom expansion at York Lodge in 2012 and then again in 2016 we constructed and managed the renovations of their new and improved back of house.
